"Colouration mode" is a set of tools for changing the colour of a layer. The colour of a layer can be changed completely by clicking on one of the colours in the palette. To look through all available palettes, use the arrow keys to the upper left and right. To look through all colours in any one palette, use the scroll bar underneath the palette. If you don't find the colour you need, you can select a different colour from the standard colour selection dialog. To activate this dialog, right-click on any colour in the palette.

To smoothly modulate the colour of a layer, use the colour sliders located below the palettes:

"Red" FormMain_SliderRedColor.jpg (1869 bytes) changes the number of red components in the layer.

"Green" FormMain_SliderGreenColor.jpg (1929 bytes) changes the number of green components.

"Blue" FormMain_SliderBlueColor.jpg (1819 bytes) changes the number of blue components.

"Hue" FormMain_SliderHue.jpg (1873 bytes) allows for a cyclical change of the layer's colour.

"Saturation" FormMain_SliderSaturation.jpg (1727 bytes) changes the colour saturation of the layer.
